At The Home Depot I managed a team of 14 UXers of varying levels of experience (from junior to lead-level) across 4 experiences and 10+ products in our Home Services line of business. We worked on Mobile, Salesforce, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other solutions. I conducted weekly one-on-one meetings with the team to work through tactical skills and soft skills.
